Outstanding Build Quality
Can't imagine a better quality outdoor lighting fixture, that at the same time is very attractive. Exceeded my expectations in every way. The second you take this out of the box and hold it in your hand, you know you are dealing with solid brass quality that will last a lifetime. It genuinely caught me off guard how substantial they are. The light dispersion is perfect and the color temperature is exactly as expected. The adjustable shield does great to control light bleed and keeps the light focused on what you are illuminating and nothing else. I will never get an outdoor lighting fixture other than from here.

Buyer Beware
Sold this to a customer for their grilling area. The light burned out in less than 9 months. I paid extra for a 25' lead wire due to the install not being able to splice. I received the warranty replacement and it has a 4' lead now the Install has to be changed. The customer service person was adamant that if he sent 25' of 14 gauge wire it was the same. I asked him how he planned on fitting the drycon connectors in a conduit.... the moral is you did not honor my original purchase spec.

Not reliable
I've purchased 4 of these units. 2 worked flawlessly. 2 had to be replace 4 times. Volt insists there is no systemic problem with these, I disagree. I can't understand why these could possibly have 4 and 1/2 stars. It makes me suspect of there reviews.

Well built! Heavy! So far so good!
This as well as a few other VOLT lights were from my first order from VOLT. So far I'm beyond impressed with quality of these lights. We have order about 6 lights from VOLT and have 3 installed now. WE are planing to order replacements for our entire property over the next few months as well as a 2nd property! We are very impressed by the quality you get! These all enclosed Infiniti lights push a very wide expansive flood of light that is far superior to our traditional lights that claim to put off even more lames of light ( LED) very impressed!

Don't think so
Things not so great. When I don't get photocell as part of my purchase so I had to call back in order 1 which cost me another $26 I did want to speak to someone before I ordered this online but I was unable to do that you have to register first before you can talk to a live person which is ridiculous thanks but no thanks PS I'm still waiting for my photocell

Light fixture solid but color inconsistent
Intended to use with the 17 degree focus lens and purple dichroic lens to light up building columns, but due to inconsistent color being emitted it is not going to work as we had hoped. Very solid light fixture and provides very good light otherwise. 17 degree focus lens seemed much wider as well. Photo shows Volt light with dichroic filter on the left and competitor with MR-16 multicolor LED on the right

We love all of our Volt Lighting!
Just what we were looking for. It provided a broad light wash on the leaves and branches of a larger tree and a smaller spot was used to highlight the tree trunk and urn! We've been using volt lighting for 5 or 6 years, adding more and more each year. We don't even think about using another brand. Great product and great customer service!
