Our same-day shipping policy has always provided immediate shipments for contractors, but we also recognize the need for shorter transit times and quicker deliveries. With the opening of our fourth regional shipping center, we are accomplishing this goal for speed nationwide.
The new location is especially ideal for homeowners and contractors in Central states like Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Louisiana, who will now largely benefit from 1-day delivery. North Central states in the Midwest who were accustomed to waiting 3 days or more will also now benefit greatly from shorter delivery times. For business owners and homeowners alike, this means getting projects done quicker, which translates to greater bandwidth for accomplishing other jobs or home improvement projects.
With the opening of the new facility in Dallas, the company now warehouses and ships from the North, South, East and West. Using standard ground delivery, 80% of our U.S. customers receive their orders within 48 hours, while 50% receive orders within 24 hours.
