The Top Dog Scotty is named after our long-time employee Scotty Somers. Scotty represents the spirit and passion of the VOLT culture and has always been our “Top Dog.” We honor and support our good friend.
The VOLT® Top Dog Cast Brass Spotlight has long been one of our most popular fixtures. Ideal for any uplighting application, this heavy-duty fixture features a fully adjustable glare guard and adjustable knuckle. The glare guard enables you to prevent light from entering unwanted areas, like windows of structures or high traffic areas like walkways or roadways. The Top Dog spotlight is also shielded and has a silicone plug at the base of the fixture where the lead wires exit, helping to prevent pests and humidity entering the fixture.

- Pre-aged Antique Bronze finish with no paint or coating to wear off or peel - just natural brass that will patina beautifully as it ages.
- Solid brass and stainless steel components.
- 4' 16AWG premium tinned copper lead wire.
- Beryllium copper socket, which is more corrosion resistant than regular copper.
- Socket and machine-threaded body are pre-greased for smooth operation and moisture protection.
- Silicone plug where lead wires exit fixture; prevents ground moisture and insects from entering through the stem.
- Powered by safe low voltage (12V AC) current.
- Requires a low-voltage transformer (sold separately)
