How do we use your information?

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

How do we protect visitor information?

Do we use "cookies"?

The term "outside parties" does not include VOLT® Lighting or AMP® Lighting. It also does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses. We and our third-party service providers, including analytics providers and third-party content providers or advertising partners, may automatically collect certain information whenever you access and use the cite ("Usage Information").  We may share your information with third-party vendors and service-providers that help us with specialized services, including billing, payment processing, customer service, email deployment, business analytics, marketing, advertising, performance monitoring, hosting, and data processing. We may also share your personal information and non-personally identifiable information with ad networks for online behavioral advertising purposes. 

 

The third-party vendors, including SafeOpt, whose services we use will place cookies on web browsers in order to serve ads or send emails based on past visits to our website.  Third-party vendors, including SafeOpt, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website.  This allows us to make offers and continue to market our services to those who have shown interest in our service.  For example, we may use “remarketing” services to target emails and ads to you based on your prior use of the Site when you visit on other sites in SafeOpt’s network.  If you do not wish to receive SafeOpt emails, you can opt out by visiting https://www.safeopt.com/manage


How can you opt-out, remove or modify information you have provided to us?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Profile" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Profile" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
 

SMS/MMS Messaging Marketing Program
