Low Voltage Step Lights

VOLT® step lights are designed for quick and easy installation. Unlike traditional step lights that must be recessed into a step or a wall (sometimes requiring concrete pouring), these thin integrated LED step lights allow for simple surface mounting thanks to pre-drilled screw slots on the faceplates. Your outdoor spaces become more beautiful and usable wherever these fixtures are used, whether it's on staircases, steps, patios or retaining walls.

Other than steps and stairs, where are step lights commonly used?

Ideal applications for step lights include illuminating retaining walls, walkways next to stone walls and nooks around outdoor kitchens.

What are the benefits of using step lights?

The soft light produced by step lights adds beauty to patios, decks, lanais, walkways along walls and other outdoor spaces - but the main benefit is enhancing safety. By illuminating steps and stairs, you'll reduce the likelihood of nighttime trips and falls.

Why are VOLT® step lights better than traditional ones?

In addition to being UL Listed, IP65 rated, constructed of cast brass and backed by our lifetime warranty, our step lights are ultra-thin and designed for easy do-it-yourself installation. Traditional step lights must be recessed mounted - so you have to cut a space for them to go into, and sometimes even pour concrete. But with our step lights, you simply screw them to the step or wall. Offset screws stick out the back of the fixture, creating a minimal gap so the lead wire can exit.
