How many lumens of light for the different sizes, couldn't find it on the spec sheet? Trying to evaluate how many would be needed (and spacing) if mouted under a capstone/seating wall.
My notes say the 12" lamp has 65 lumen output. I installed 3 of them on a 21' retaining wall (24" high which is roughly similar in height to a seating wall) and I'm happy with the light output, but I'm not using the light to navigate stairs. Would be glad to share a photo if that would help.

Is there a replacement bulb available to purchase (to have as a spare in the future) or should I buy an extra light to have as a backup?
This fixture features an integrated LED and does not take replaceable bulbs.

This unit has a integrated led that is built into the fixture. So it would not have a replaceable bulb.

Can the 6" Rotating/Pivoting Hardscape Light be installed in the "up" position? Trying to create an up-light on the base of columns. The columns would be exposed to the elements.
Yes. Just rotate them upward. Do not install them under water. Weather is fine, but not under water.

Can I change the LED bulb in this product? I have two of them and they are out. Do I have to replace the entire unit?
Unfortunately, I believe that you have to replace the entire fixture. I have also had fixtures go out and had to replace. I would like to know if I am incorrect.

I only need to replace the bulb on the 6 inch rotating/pivoting Hardscape light. Do I need to replace the entire fixture or can I simply buy replacement bulbs?
In my case the whole fixture needed replaced.

Dear Chris, Please point me to the appropriate replacement bulb for the 6 inch rotating/pivoting Hardscape light. I have a feeling you're telling me I have to replace the entire fixture to "replace" the bulb.
This fixture has integrated LEDs so if needing a warranty, the whole item would have to be replaced.

Terrible customer service regarding defective return
Not happy with Volt Lighting. Ordered nine units. One did not work right out of box. Called Volt and was told to return for repair. Said I wanted new replacement. They charged me $20 for shipping plus cost of replacement and when they receive defective unit back they will refund cost of new unit, but not cost of shipping. Terrible return policy and customer service. Needless to say, I will not be giving Volt Lighting any future business! Will stick with Amazon and other online retailers who appreciate the concept of easy returns for defective merchandise.

I would buy again, realize some differences from old model
Great product. Color of light matches previous model. However, this newer model has 5 or 6 smaller LEDs (verses 3) and a clouded lens that defuses the light more than the previous model. This is not a huge issue and only slightly noticeable as I was adding to other retaining wall (older model) lights. The lights are heavier than the old model so even when installed on the plate they won't stay in place while lowering the cap stone onto it. The twist feature is hard to use, almost requiring a wrench. Once in place I could not twist/pivot them without a tool. These issues are small. Overall, another great product from Volt.

Great light, be careful on install
I used about 20 of these for my backyard pool project I was doing. These lights feel very nicely built and a snap to put together with the steel mounting plate. I only have one word of caution and that is that when you place them and put the top stair cap on them, you need to wipe away any excess mortar that spills out onto the light. If you don't do that, the mortar sets and then your light becomes a hard fixed light that is unable to rotate. Perhaps you could chisel out the mortar afterwards to free it up but I am not sure. My landscape installers didn't realize that and so I will have to see what options I have. Luckily for me, the way they were installed, throws light about where I wanted anyhow.

Lights are garbage
I purchased these lights to be installed as step lights, they look nice only problem is they don't last long. Volt honors the life time warranty on these lights. We've had to warranty them three separate times since being installed in October of 2021. Beware volt will not cover the cost of labor to remove or reinstall these lights. If these were installed in hardscape this integrated led lights would incur a large sum of money to be replaced.

Some LEDs are defective
You can see from the first photo that only one part of the lamp is illuminating. The other two lamps are fine (second photo). Problem as I see it is that it's installed in the masonry sitting wall so will require dismantling the wall and rebuilding it. Was just installed last week.

No Way to replace/ repair lights without removal
Worked great for 1 month, now 2 of them are half burnt out and the only way to fix is to break apart the stone treads on my brand new front steps and replace them! VERY DISAPPOINTED !!

Love the lights
I don't usually do reviews! I had to for this particular purchase. First, ordered online and everything can within a week. Great packaging, 15 plus ft of wire attached as well. Even came with a signature of who packed it on packing slip. Light was adjustable, small footprint and discreet in daytime. I have mine adjusted to low light by the swivel pointing down. As plants grow or throw a party, I can adjust the light with the swivel upward for more light if needed. Most lights out there are not really adjustable nor small. I wrapped mine around the pool. The pic shows only 4 lights on a 40+ foot stretch on the back side of pool. I attached to the existing low voltage lighting wire I already had in yard. Easy. I have had these light for about a month now and love them. Can't wait to finish my yard with the other 4 I purchased. Five stars for sure with this application for the lights. Five stars for packing as well. Very impressed.

Excellent products, stellar customer service!
We purchased the 3"" and 6"" hardscape LED lights, glare shields and mounting plates for a custom BBQ island project at our home. The project was just completed and the LED lighting was the icing on the cake! The Volt LED hardscape light's construction is superior to anything I've previously seen or used; solid brass with a beautiful antique finish. No ugly mounting nuts visible to the eye. The customer service representatives were very knowledgeable and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied not just with the products, but also with the timeliness of their arrival after ordering.
