Are these lights dimmable with the correct transformer.
I only use them with a standard transformer, the lights are bright but you could buy one and test it with your transformer .

How big the light spread from a single light?
The beam spread for this puck light will vary depending positioning and distance from surface being lit. The further away from surface the more spread out light you will notice and less focused. The wattage also varies (1W or 3.5W) depending on whether or not you want an accessory as well.

can this be walked on? i want to use it to illuminate the border of a deck - would it be damaged if someone stepped on the light?
Hello,
Unfortunately, no this fixture cannot support weight. While they are larger fixtures, we would need to point to our Paver or Commercial Well light for a fixture that can support weight.

What is the overall size of the puck light
Hello Mike,
The fixture is 1.5 inches wide, by just under 1 inch tall. There is a schematic with the measurements on the pictures provided and in the spec sheet for the fixture in the downloads section where you can get the measurements as well for any other fixtures. Here is a screenshot of the measurement.

Best Puck light, not a fan of the new puck lenses
First, my disclosure - I only use Volt products. Second, I have purchased 16 of the puck lights. I’ve concealed them in my gazebo and have built lanterns with them. I think thier 2700k temp is perfect for my Illumination needs. This year, Volt changed the puck lights that I’ve bought in the past and added a clear lense for diffusion purposes. (My guess). What I don’t like about the lenses is the light seeps out to the lense’s edge. So there is a bright circumferential hallo light emanating from the edge. Not a huge fan of this. To remedy this issue, I used a broad black Sharpie marker around the edge. That’s my issue. However the puck is the best product on the market and I will buy again and again!

Lamp post LV light from
Puck Lamp to light Lamp Post.
I replaced my post lamp bulb with that G2 BuddyPro LED Puck Lamp. I just ran a wire from my low voltage lighting to the post and up to the glass enclosure. The puck lamp works great. I chose the 2200K for a warm feel.
