Questions & Answers (Q&A)
I intend to use these as a wall washing light along a fieldstone wall and I’m wondering what is the beam angle for the 1w 2200 k version? Also, If I use the shield as well, will that affect the beam angle at all Thank you
Unfortunately, I’m not certain about the beam angle. It’s not indicated in the product’s user documents but if I had to guess, it’s likely between 60° and 120°. VOLT customer support could probably give you an exact figure. IMO, the glare guard should not affect the final light output in any meaningful way but others (include customer service) might disagree. HTH

My patio tile was cut a little too big to mount these fixtures on without something to hold it up. is the a mounting ring that I could put over the hole and mount the light to it? they are bronze. if not are there any suggestions?
If you mean the hole is to wide and its sitting down inside it, we put material underneath the puck to hold it right flush with the surface. This preventer anything on the surface, and if needed we could always adjust it easily.

Can this be uses as a driveway light?
Can't imagine it could light a driveway. I use 2 on either side of a 4 wide foot stair to light 3 treads.

Is a pigtail provided with this light? If yes, how long is it? If yes, is it "integrated" into the light, or are there terminals on the back of the light where the pigtail can be removed/swapped out?
It is integrated into the light.

Are these lights dimmable with the correct transformer.
I only use them with a standard transformer, the lights are bright but you could buy one and test it with your transformer .

Best Puck light, not a fan of the new puck lenses
First, my disclosure - I only use Volt products. Second, I have purchased 16 of the puck lights. I’ve concealed them in my gazebo and have built lanterns with them. I think thier 2700k temp is perfect for my Illumination needs. This year, Volt changed the puck lights that I’ve bought in the past and added a clear lense for diffusion purposes. (My guess). What I don’t like about the lenses is the light seeps out to the lense’s edge. So there is a bright circumferential hallo light emanating from the edge. Not a huge fan of this. To remedy this issue, I used a broad black Sharpie marker around the edge. That’s my issue. However the puck is the best product on the market and I will buy again and again!

Lamp post LV light from
Puck Lamp to light Lamp Post.
I replaced my post lamp bulb with that G2 BuddyPro LED Puck Lamp. I just ran a wire from my low voltage lighting to the post and up to the glass enclosure. The puck lamp works great. I chose the 2200K for a warm feel.

Shielded Brass LED Puck Light
Was looking for 12 volt exterior lights with minimal foot print to mount on the bottom of railings. Found the VOLT G2 BuddyPro's and watched the videos on the VOLT site to help choose the color temperature. Ordered, installed, very pleased with the quality and lighting effect.

Great little Spot
Great little Spot. Quick shipping and easy hook up to my exiting system. Glad I bought 2, as I needed one on each side of the sculpture that I am lighting. My only complaint with the product is the lens. It came with interchangeable lens but the screws holding the lens are SO TIGHT they cannot be removed without stripping the screw head. I would have liked to try the different lens.
