Questions & Answers (Q&A)
Looks like the volt nano is out of stock (can't order). Any idea when it will be available? Thanks.
Volt’s bot that lets customers share expertise suffers from the same irrelevance issues that many bots do. You asked a question to which “customer expertise “ has no relevance. Volt, you provide excellent customer service, but only when you think outside the bots.

Can this be mounted on a 6" or 12" riser?
I used a stake type8 inch that is only about an inch out of the ground. I used a 1/2 to 1/4 brass bushing. It is really nice how it is almost invisible but throws a powerful light!!

Suggestions for the Nano Integrated Spotlight
The Nano integrated is small, but gives good focused light for its size. Use it close up for up lighting. 2 suggestions for Volt. The ground stake is too small, it barely gets through a layer of mulch in the garden. It should 6" long at least to get through the mulch and into the soil. Also, it could use a longer glare guard. The fixture lens is visible and not well hidden by the glare guard. The bright lamp light then distracts from the object the fixture if focused on.

Impressive for its size but stake is lacking.
Impressive for its light output for the ultra compact size. I accidentally ordered, but was pleasantly surprised. Keep in mind. This is about the size of your middle finger.
Like other comments, the mistake that it comes with is basically worthless. It’ll barely penetrate the depth of Mulch. I followed the advice In the Q&A section and purchase a 12 mm x 1.75 pitch from HF, tap and cut sections of three-quarter inch pipe, glued on a cap, drill a 7/16 hole and tap them all to make my own stakes that now sit just below the mulch.
Please offer a better stake option and also offer a flat base so this fixture can be attached under eaves or on the side of fences. It’s so compact that it can hide anywhere and give you accent lighting on pots or pathways without seeing the light source. It just needs a better base to be able to attach to a structure.

What a waste
Perfectly good little light ruined by only providing a 25¢ stake the size of a toothpick. This would be a great light for highlighting smaller shrubs / areas, which was my intended use, but the stake isn’t large enough to make it through mulch much less bite into soil.

Stake ruins what could be an excellent product
The light is made well, has a nice antique bronze finish, and its size makes it visually discreet.
The stake is too short, weak (breaks easily), and debases what would otherwise be an excellent product.

Great lights!
Great little lights, but as many have noted, the tiny stakes are worthless. A simple workaround: Buy some 1/2" copper pipe and cut some 10" or 12" stakes. File off the little "arrowheads" on the plastic stakes, and jam them into the pipes. Flatten the other end to make a shovel point, drive into the ground, and you should be able to lift these little lights up out of the mulch and groundcover with no problem. A 10' piece of copper pipe might run 30 bucks, and with it you can make 10-12 stakes, depending on the length you need.

Great light, useless stake.
The spotlight itself is fantastic, but the “stake” is a joke and I presume whoever designed it has never used or installed one themself, because if they did it would have gone right back to the drawing board. Not only is it useless because it is too short, it’s made to screw the fixture into it but that is impossible because the wire will not allow it to turn. You will either throw away the stake, modify it, or use something else devised on your own like I did.

Invisible but bright
So small, but powerful. Wanted a small light that would not be conspicuous to light a monument sign in my garden. Works perfectly.

Nano Lights
The Nano lights are amazing, very high quality and the amount of lumens are excellent from such a small fixture.
