How do these lights hold up to extreme temperatures and snow? I live in Minnesota where the temperature can get both very hot and very cold. Have you tested in these temperatures?
These brass solar lights are designed with durability in mind and are built to withstand a range of weather conditions, including snow and temperature fluctuations. However, it's important to note that extreme cold can temporarily impact the battery's ability to hold a full charge. This is a common characteristic of rechargeable batteries in freezing temperatures.
During winter months, you may notice shorter lighting times due to reduced sunlight and the effects of cold on battery performance. On the flip side, the lights also perform well in hot weather, as brass is highly resistant to corrosion and heat.
While we do not conduct specific tests in every climate, these lights are commonly used in a variety of harsh environments and have received positive feedback. For optimal year-round performance, we recommend installing them in areas with maximum sun exposure and occasionally checking that the solar panel is clear of snow or debris.

Excellent pathway Solar Light
Lights came quick, well packaged. This is a very well built brass fixture, with a well integrated solar charging LED light. Light spread is very nice, perfect for side of driveway and/or walkways. The only minor glitch was the batteries, which did not come with original packaging, but was easily corrected because one quick call to Volt, and the next day I had the batteries. Corey did great on that, and the lights look fantastic!

A Very Nice Path Light and Solar Powered to Boot!
I was looking for a path light that was 1) solar powered and 2) not plastic. I found it in the Volt solar powered LED path light. It is all brass and very good looking. The brightness of the light is just what I wanted. Warm and welcoming. And gives out good dimension of light. It is easy to install. Just have the tools and the time to get it perfectly level back to front and left to right. Highly recommend it.

Extreme Quality Products
Bought solar lights for around the pool deck as no power and low voltage for front walkway. Installation was easy. It is so obvious that these are heavy duty quality products as they are made of thicker brass and much better than anything you can get at the big box stores. They may be a little more expensive, but you buy it once not every year or two. Even the packing tells you this company cares and wants the customer to be happy. The only way to damage lights during shipment is if the truck backs over the box. Really, really well thought out.

High quality, but with low light.
These are very high-quality and well built. Fairly simple to assemble and maintain. The three star rating was due to the illumination or lack there of. The light Is half as good as the advertised picture. I have decided to keep them because they do the job as good as I have found solar lights to do. You were paying for the quality of the product and not the throw of the light.

Finally A Quality Path light!
These path lights are awesome! A real quality product. They shed a beautiful warm light. Great for dark sky requirements. The brass color is very pleasing. We spaced them about 7 feet apart which allows for an even flow of light along the path. Highly recommend Volt Lighting!

Very nicely designed and constructed - in another league from other solar lights and worth the price. They are not installed where they get full sun (in the shade basically) and only stay lit for 3 to 4 hours, but that’s a flaw of the layout, not the fixtures!

Attractive, well constructed, lasts long
These are additional to ones I tried out six months ago. The lights are well made, very sturdy, give off a very nice warm light with a fairly wide spread. Nice simple design too. Lasts till 5am! I noticed this new version doesn't require me to insert batteries like the old version. Don't know how long it will last, but hoping it does, doesn't look like there is any way to replace any batteries with this new version.
