When illuminating this beautiful backyard pergola on a prime waterfront property, the goal was to provide appropriate lighting for residents and guests so they could enjoy the space and its built-in fire pit.
The approach was to use the VOLT® Ultra Premium Up/Down Sconce Lights on pergola columns. This created a compelling illumination that highlighted the architecture while providing sufficient down light for safe navigation throughout the pergola space.
VOLT® Undercover Hardscape Lights were also installed in the rough stone pillars and walls. These helped to reveal the dark surfaces and contributed to the general area illumination.
